Sunny And Spacious En-Suite Double Room 🌞

I am receiving a lot of messages - trying my best to reply to everyone but I am so sorry if I don't get back!

My flatmate is moving out of their double, en-suite room and I will need someone to take over the contract mid-august.

The flat itself is spacious, super light with Juliet balconies and sliding doors in each room, it’s always quiet and we even have a parking permit!

You will have the en-suite room but I’m more than happy sharing the main bathroom too. It’s important to me that you will see this as your own home and not that you’re just moving into mine - please feel free to decorate and plants are always welcome!!

The flat is in New Islington which a 10-minute walk from Ancoats and a 15-minute walk from the Northern Quarter, we have a Londis nearby and an Aldi a 10 minute walk away.

I’m really house proud and super tidy and clean and would really like to live with someone who is the same.

I would like to live with someone who is social, I tend to get on best with people who are creative and like a chat with and got out for the occasional drink. I also really appreciate my own time but having a social flat is really important to me. Big fan of a night out, I do, however, prefer to keep the party out of the flat. I’m fine with guests staying over at any point :-)

I don’t mind what gender you are, but I’ve had better experiences living with women so far. I’m bisexual so being LGBTQ+ friendly is super important! I’m vegetarian but I don’t mind if you eat meat.

I work from home in the living room occasionally (mainly every other weekend but the occasional weekday) but other than that I’m working generally 9-5 as a web mod in the northern quarter.

Bills usually work out monthly (per person) as £12.50pp for water, £20-£30pp for electricity, £8pp for internet and its £65pp for council tax. So with rent it works out as on average £640, this can increase in the winter.
