The flat is located on the edge of the Northern Quarter, five minutes from Piccadilly Station, Aldi and Pure Gym, as well as bars, restaurants and shops.

The flat comprises of two double bedrooms, two bathrooms, an entrance hall, open plan living-kitchen area and a balcony. I work away most of the time but pop back to Manchester 1-2 times a month for a couple of days for work.

The bedroom available includes a double bed (with storage beneath), a double wardrobe which is mirrored, two sets of side drawers and two shoe storage cupboards. The bathroom is private to the tenant, includes plenty of storage and has a shower over a bath tub.

The kitchen is fully equipped with the usual appliance, utensils, crockery and coffee machine. The living area has a large L shaped sofa, TV and wifi. There is a small, south-facing balcony off of the living room.

I am looking for a professional and someone who is clean and tidy. Whilst I won't be in the flat much I am a busy professional who enjoys relaxing, the gym and gin.

The current tenant has bought a flat and expects to complete on the purchase in approximately one month so the move in date is flexible.
