Social introverts: double room in quiet Ancoats

The available room

My flatmate is moving away, so I’m looking for someone to share the peaceful, homey Ancoats flat.

The room is 550 per month, which includes rent and all the bills. It’s fully furnished with a double wardrobe, chest of drawers, full-length mirror and double bed. The bed has heaps of storage (it’s one of those beds that lifts up), so there’s plenty of space for your stuff. It might not be the right size for someone who studies full-time or works from home full-time.

The minimum term is 6 months.

The flat is super cosy and warm in winter. There’s a washing machine, broadband and TV, a Juliet balcony with french doors in the living room, and we get really gorgeous views of sunsets on clear days. It's a non-smoking flat.

It’s about 15 minutes’ walk to Piccadilly Gardens and public transport links, round the corner from Cutting Room Square, and there’s a Co-op and Aldi within about 10 minutes’ walk. It’s close enough to the Northern Quarter that you can wander home at the end of the night, but far enough away to be quiet.

It would be great to live with someone who’s tidy, clean, and a mix of friendly and independent. If we get on and end up hanging out occasionally that would be great. I'm past the party hard stage, so if you’re looking for quiet, relaxed space we’ll probably get on well.

About me: I’m a social introvert, so I enjoy good conversations and going out, but also spend time on my own to recharge. I'm clean and tidy, into reading, travelling, blobbing out with Netflix, and exploring the city.
