Flatmate Wanted for incredible flat in Ancoats

Hi, my name's Ben & I'm a sociable, 27 y/o Professional looking for a flatmate in this incredible 2 bed 2 bath flat in Ancoats which I have reserved from the 3rd of December.

I currently have my own 1-bed apartment in the same flat complex but wanted to move into a 2 bed within the same complex to share costs and save some money now travelling is back being a thing!

The complex is amazing. There's a shared workspace, bar downstairs with resident discount, free gym, conference room, rooftop terrace complete with kitchen / bbq and a cinema room.

Rent would be £1340pcm between us, with internet and a gym membership included. With bills on top it would probably be £750-800pcm.

Pets are allowed in the flat for an extra £50pcm to the landlord (dogs openly encouraged by me)

Photos are generic off the website - I have a video of the flat itself I can send directly but for some reason it's not allowing me to upload. The decor is very bougey Ancoats & the building is less than a year old.
