Furnished Double Room Northern Quarter Manchester

Bedroom with Juliette balcony

Available from1st of April. Decent sized double room in northern quarter 2 bed flat. Has one shared bathroom (newly fitted) with walk-in shower. Bedroom has own Juliette balcony and fully furnished with own tv (just for gaming or hooking up to laptop etc).
Rest of the flat is just having a refurb finished off, so also brand new kitchen and livingroom as well. I also have a sizeable south facing terrace, and we’re on the 4th floor, so it’s a good place to chill if you fancy sunning yourself out there.
I have some gym equipment in the flat (power tower and fold up bench) that can be used by potential flatmate if they want. Happy to cook together or cook separately if diets and preferences align.
I’m ok with a flatmate that either wants to keep to themselves or wants to hang out together. I have a lot of interests (although football isn’t one of them, sorry 😅) so I’m sure we can talk about something.
As for me, I like a good night out in the village or NQ, and I’m a bit of a coffee fiend sometimes and love lots of weird teas etc. Actually have own traditional espresso machine in the kitchen to use.
Ground rules: I expect noise kept to a minimum after 11.30/12 midnight during the week, and I work from home as well most of the time so I’ll just need it to be quiet when I have the odd meeting weekdays. Other than that I’m pretty chilled. Obviously respect my property and take care with my belongings, that’s a given.
I dont mind you having people over, but just check in with me first if it’s someone new.
