Discounted rent £850 from £990 per month for the remaining 4 months on the tenancy, looking for someone to take over remaining 4 months of our tenancy. You’ll essentially take on the tenancy for 4 months then it’s up to you if you want to continue with the tenancy afterwards (rolling contract allowed).

No deposit required but you will have to sign the tenancy agreement and go through the referencing process that the building management team ask for (easy online portal, nothing too taxing).
