Hi, I'm moving to london so I'm looking for someone to take over my tenancy on a very short term basis (1 month). The rent is £470 a month, but with bills it adds up to around £500 per month.
The apartment is located next to Piccadilly train station (a 2 minute walk to Piccadilly and a 3 minute walk to northern quarter), so everything is really accessible.
The bedroom is fully furnished with a double bed and large wardrobe with plenty storage space. The living room and kitchen are open-plan with a dining table and 2 couches so lots of room. There is a Juliet balcony too which is lovely in summer!
My current housemate is a 2nd year student and works part-time too, so her weekday evenings/night are usually chilled then she enjoys herself on the weekends. She's a sociable person, but respects others space at the same time so would like someone with the same mindset:)
I'm currently in London but will be in Manchester this Saturday and Sunday so if you wanted to view the place first it would have to be then x
If you have any questions or if this sounds suitable for you drop me a message x
