NQ duplex room

One room available in Northern Quarter duplex, available October 1st. (The cat belongs to the person moving out so will not be staying in the flat, but we are very open to pets if you have one!)

Amazing location, very close to the city centre and all amenities. New build, so everything is pretty recently fitted. Main bathroom is shared between 2 rooms, with an extra toilet downstairs by the kitchen. Nice sized kitchen and open living room, balcony and private roof access.

It’s a double bed room, but the bed does take up a good amount of the space. Internet is £12/person/month and bills are pretty reasonable as there are solar panels on the roof. We just moved in recently ourselves so this is just an estimate but we think bills will be around £100-120person/month and council tax (Band E) around £70/person/month so all together would be maybe £880

In the flat we are two women, a PhD student and full time worker, age 26 and 22. We’re both pretty chill, we’d love to have a flatmate who can also be a friend. We both like to dance and do creative hobbies in our spare time like painting, etc, but we also like to spend some time on our own.
