I’m looking for a new flatmate as mine is moving away. The tenancy would start from 10th February 2025 (with potential flexibility). The flat is in Britton House, Green Quarter, which has been home for 2.5 years such a great location, and super close to NQ/city centre.

The room available is a double bedroom with your own bathroom (not en-suite). The flat has a lovely open-plan living and kitchen area, plus a balcony! There’s also an option to rent a car parking space for around £90/month if needed. Rent is £575/month, and bills are roughly £190/month, including council tax.

A little about me: I’m 24 and training to be an architect. I work in Altrincham 3-4 days a week and work from home the rest of the time. I’m a big foodie and love to cook, as well as sew and make some of my own clothes. I’m social and enjoy nights out on weekends but also value chilled evenings in and personal space.

I’m looking for a clean and relaxed flatmate who’s up for being friends too!
