I’m looking for someone to replace myself in my flat early March! The rent is £665 with WiFi included and then with bills it's around £775 all in.

It's a 3 bedroom flat in Salford, just on the edge of Spinningfields (3 minute walk away). St Peter's square is no more than 12 mins walk away and Victoria Station is also less than 15 mins walk away.
So it's an ideal location!!

Me and my flatmates all met each other on spareroom before we moved into this flat and they are honestly the nicest two girls ever, I’m very sad to be leaving them. They’re always up for doing fun stuff and would want to be friends as well as housemates. They’re also super tidy and will let you have your own space, obviously if you’re interested I can do an intro!
