Luxury Studio - No deposit needed, £200 incentive

I’m looking for someone to take over my lease from 1st February until the end of March (at least). There’s also an opportunity to continue renting with a new contract after this, or to start a brand new contract from when you move in.

The move in date can be flexible if you need to move in earlier/later. Because I’d like to move ASAP, I’m happy to provide an incentive of £200 to the tenant taking over my lease before or on 31st of January.

Building: Moda, Angel Gardens (google it to have more of a look, or DM me for more details). Brilliant building, fab location. Sad to be leaving, but unforeseen circumstances require it.

My bills are currently set at £133pcm and are calculated through community Utilities. They started at £180 pcm and then went down based on my usage. They will probably be around £200pcm for a new tenant due to it being winter!

Council tax band B

Potential tenant will nee to be referenced (though guarantors are welcome). Moda does not require deposits for people to move in. Flat will be professionally cleaned before you move in.
