Rent is £850pcm + approx £170 for bills & council tax.
The tenancy runs until mid-April, and I’ll likely be renewing after that – so ideally looking for someone who’s open to longer term too.
The building only opened in March – it’s genuinely stunning. Full gym, two floors of co-working, two terraces and two event suites you can book for free for parties / birthdays etc.
The room is furnished with a double bed (ottoman storage), wardrobe, chest of drawers & bedside table. Flat is fully furnished and really feels like a proper home.
About me – I’m 29, Head of Marketing at a digital marketing agency. Social, active, generally in and out with workout classes + seeing friends. I am looking for a female flatmate ideally similar age / lifestyle, clean, chilled and easygoing.
