The bathroom is a big family bathroom with a newly replaced shower head and a decent bath.

The price includes all bills:- council tax, water, electricity, broadband. Underground car park optional.

Looking for:

Someone who is easy going and social. Enjoys a wine but respects privacy.

The apartment is walking distance:

5 mins to Aldi/Pure Gym at the exchange.
10 mins to Piccadilly
10 mins to Northern Quarter

The current tenant is Craig, (I'm a girl and I'm leaving due to my job relocating). I've lived with Craig for nearly 2 years, he is the best flatmate I've ever had. He is easy going, respectful and so willing to help. He will probably be at the viewings so you can meet him.

Looking for a tenant to move in as close to that date as possible.
