My name is Maria and I currently live in this beautifully furnished Castlefield flat in Potato Wharf!

My flatmate is moving out, therefore I need someone to take her place for the second room in the flat.

The flat is located within 10 min from Deansgate station and therefore walking distance to the city centre.

The flat comprises of two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a private balcony with stunning views over the city and additional storage. The room available is a furnished double room with a separate bathroom outside the room. It comprises of a wardrobe and a chest of drawers as you can see in the photos above.

The bathroom comprises of a modern white bath suite with shower over, white WC and wash hand basin.
There is an open plan living, dining and kitchen area with a fully fitted kitchen. Appliances include dishwasher, washing machine, fridge with freezer compartment and built in oven / hob / extractor.

Since this flat is let by an agency, you will incur £200 worth of fees for a reference/application fees, £575 for deposit and £525 as the monthly rent. The flat has also council tax band D therefore this will come around to £60 each p. m. The rest of the bills should be the same as any other flat. Broadband is £10 each, water £15 each, and electricity £25 each.

So now about me:
I work as a chartered accountant in the city. I enjoy spending time at home, but also spending time out with friends, cooking and dancing. Just the typical human being :D I would love a housemate who I could chill out with when we both had time and if they fancied it, go out for a few drinks in the evening and/or weekends. However, I am also respectful of the other's person space and I understand when they need some peace and quiet, etc.

The flat is available from the 30th of June 2017 since that is when my flatmate would be moving out. The new contract would be 6 month contract starting from the 15th of July.
