I have a room available at beginning of November.
The apartment has 2 double bedroom, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, large living room area and a large balcony looking over Deansgate Lock.
I own the apartment and have 2 young cats. Both cats are quiet and friendly.
I'm friendly, quiet, relatively laid back and easy to get along with. I have a quite demanding job which require my full attention and therefore would prefer to live with someone who is also friendly, easy to get along with, considerate and house trained.
All bills and council tax are inclusive with the rent so it is relatively cheap for this address. Although I have included water / heating / electric, these will be cap to £65 (water/heating) and £45(electric) per month. Therefore any additional utility cost above the cap - you are required to contribute towards it. So far no lodger have needed to contribute towards additional bills.
Please note that I’m not interested in couples, heavy smoker/drug users or those looking to constantly party throughout the weekday or those lack any common sense for safety.
