Quiet Flat In Great Location (Mon-Fri Let)

I have a double room in a fantastic location available to a professional ideally looking for a Mon-Fri let in Manchester.

The flat is located in the Chips building in Ancoats, just on the edge of City Centre, and has excellent transport links. The building is located 5-10min walk from Piccadilly train station, 15-20min walk from Victoria train station, and is directly opposite the New Islington tram stop, which has direct trams into the city centre and out to Media City. There is a gym, supermarket, doctors surgery and pharmacy on the doorstep, and the social hub of Manchester's Northern Quarter, with all the bars and restaurants you could want, is only a short walk away.

The flat is a small but perfectly formed modern 2 bedroom flat on the third floor. The room comes fully furnished with a double bed (with bedding), small built-in wardobe, chest of drawers, and bedside table. The room is non-smoking but there is a communal balcony by the third floor lifts and a large communal roof terrace if you wish to smoke. The flat only has one bathroom but it is reasonably sized and has a shower and a bath. I have wi-fi and all bills are included but, if you wish to bring a tv, you will need to pay separately for a licence as I don't currently have one.

I am ideally looking for a professional wanting a comfy and quiet crash pad in Manchester. I want someone who will treat my home with respect and will leave the communal areas in a clean condition when they leave for the weekend.

I work full-time during the week and spend a lot of time either at roller derby training or the gym, but I prefer to have my own space at the weekends. I'm a tidy person to live with and very friendly :)
