NQ Loft Room - 4 mins to Piccadilly platforms

I have a lovely, bright, spacious double room to let in the heart of the vibrant Northern Quarter. It's a perfect central bolt hole just five minutes from Piccadilly. The Northern Quarter is full of restaurants, bars and cafes and we even have our own monthly Makers Market just a few paces from the back door. However the flat is very peaceful - in the loft of a listed Edwardian warehouse conversion and full of light as we are level with the rooftops. The conversion is atmospheric - with original beams running through the property - but the flat is modern and has all the mod cons you would expect - dishwasher, washer dryer and a very good size fridge and freezer. Kitchen brand new.

The room is a generous size (bigger than it looks on the picture I think - the roof distorts it a bit) with two velux windows with fitted blinds. There is a double bed, two bedside tables, plentiful drawer and wardrobe space and a dressing table/desk unit. Bedding is provided along with all bills (unlimited internet) and tea and coffee.

I am a single professional woman. I work as a project manager and I'm very friendly and easy going. That said, I don't feel the need to chat 100% of the time and will respect your privacy and need to unwind in the evenings. There is a shared kitchen and living area which you are very welcome to use as much as you like. Bathroom is shared but I only need a ten minute slot in the morning and it's free of my stuff. When I'm in during the week I live fairly quietly and try and get a couple of early nights. I certainly don't expect you to - only to keep reasonable noise levels.

Rental is advertised for Monday to Friday only. Effectively that's any time between and including Monday and Friday. But I need the room for the entirety of Saturday and Sunday as I have a lot of visitors. Come say hi if you're interested.
