Airy, light, single room available from Monday to Friday *only* (NB. not at weekends) in a beautifully refurbished Ancoats flat. 15 minutes' walk from Piccadilly Station, 10 minutes from Victoria Station, and just over the road from the bustling Northern Quarter - full of independent shops, cafes and restaurants. A private parking space for one car is also available at an additional cost, please enquire.

The room is furnished with a single bed, including high-quality mattress, a set of shelves and an elegant 'gentleman's wardrobe'. There's also a small desk and chair.

Live with a creative, professional couple, one of whom is the owner of the property and live-in landlord. Both of us are friendly, tidy and good company. There's a large bathroom, including bath and shower, which will be shared between two people (one of the other bedrooms has an en suite). The kitchen faces a spacious living room. The flat is on a pedestrianised street and very quiet.

We are looking for someone clean, tidy and friendly.
