Large double room to rent in Central Manchester

I am looking for a new lodger. I have a large double room in a 3 bedroom town house in the heart of Manchester's Gay Village.

I currently have another lodger Peter who has lived here for 4 years. I also have Solaris the cat who is a British Short Haired Blue.

We have recently had a new shower room fitted which included a powerful rain shower.

There is a large shared living space with a fully equipped kitchen.

We also have Netflix, NowTV, Disney + and PrimeTV. So if you are into your TV shows we've got you covered.

There is a small balcony on the top floor of the property which is linked to the living room.

The rent is £600 P/M including bills and the contract would be for 3 months with the options of extending longer if the arrangement works well for both parties.

There is a £600 deposit on the room and rent it due one month in advance.

Room is available from 6th June. Possibly slightly sooner.

I would considered couples but the rent and deposit would be £750 for a couple.
