Hi, I'm Alex and my housemate is buying his own place at the end of our tenancy. I love our current flat and would like to stay put so I'm looking for someone new to move in. Council tax is band D. Bills are about £100-150 pcm each. There is a deposit required as well, which I believe is 6 weeks rent.

The flat has two good sized double bedrooms (non-adjoining), a really quite big living/kitchen area, a big bathroom with a bath/shower and underfloor heating as well as a nice hallway and a couple of storage cupboards. The kitchen has a dishwasher and washing machine. It's been a really good space to have mates over. We also have a cleaner who comes twice a month at £25 each time.

Parking isn’t included but you can rent spaces in the secure car park under the building if you want.

The location is about 3 mins walk from the NQ, so not that far into Ancoats!

I'm 30 and work in immigration law as a solicitor. I'd like to think that I'm sociable and easy-going and would like a flatmate that I can get on with. I play with a local rugby team which keeps me pretty busy outside of work, so I’m not hogging the sofa all evening! If you like box-sets, Nintendo, Whedon, Ghibli, RuPaul or 30 Rock, then that's a bonus!
