Very Bright Luxury Master Bedroom in City Centre

I'm going on holiday from 28th May to 26th June, so my bedroom is available during this period.

The flat is extremely good no matter in terms of the location, environment and safety. It is in the city centre (M3) which is only 5 minutes walk to Town Hall (Albert Square), 6 minutes walk to King Street, 8 minutes walk to Market Street, Arndale Shopping Centre, Selfridges, Harvey Nichols...
The Metroshuttle City Buses are totally free of charge for every one to take in the city centre and one of the stops is just 1 minute from my flat.

There is a 24-hours concierge inside the building.
There are 2 bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, and a balcony in the flat. Mine is the master bedroom (ensuit). It is totally furnished. Almost everything you need is provided, like a double bed, a big wardrobe, a study desk, chest of drawers, bedding, kitchen ware, ... The bathroom is inside, not shared, because there are two bathrooms in the apartment. With the big french window, you can enjoy a fantastic view of Manchester. The AMC16 cinema is just on the opposite. A gym is only 4 minutes walk away.

Bills (electricity, water, broadband&wifi) are included.

I would love to welcome a female who is tidy, easygoing and not noisy to live in my room cos my flatmate is still living in another bedroom.
