Lovely double room in city centre

Hi! my lovely house mate is moving out on the 2nd spetmeber, so i will have a lovely double room available in a bright and sunny flat in central Manchester! Approx 5 mins away from Manchester Victoria and waiting easy walking distance to some great bars, the northern quarter and all the shops.

The flat comprises of an open plan living/dining/kitchen area. The bedroom comes furnished with a double bed, bedside cabinets, a wardrobe, and chest of drawers - and whilst not en-suite, you will have access to your own private three piece bathroom (incl. bath with overhead shower). The room also comes with a parking space, if its not needed we can also rent it out. All in all including bills it comes to around £600 a month.

I am a print designer, whose work is based in Ancoats. Im ideally looking for somebody a similar age to myself who wants to live with someone and become friends with them and not just co- exist. Im pretty easy going and love going to gigs, out for a drink, all the usual stuff. I have recently moved back to Manchester after a stint down south so am still kind of finding my bearings etc.
