Beautiful flat in Manchester city centre

Living Room

Hi all,

I'm moving out of this flat so am looking for someone to replace me to share with my current flatmate.

The bedroom is furnished, reasonably sized and you will have the main bathroom all to yourself as the other bedroom has an ensuite. The living room and kitchen is gorgeous. The flat is very central, minutes away from Piccadilly station, Northern quarter, Piccadilly gardens. Very good links to busses and trams, although you won't need it much as you can walk everywhere.

My flatmate is lovely, friendly, open and chilled and knows the city so will be able to show you cool places to have fun if you are a new arrival. She is a physicist at the University of Manchester working and has lived/worked in Hamburg, London and CERN (Switzerland). She is looking for someone who likes to chat and have fun, but she obviously also respects privacy and the need for alone time, and someone who will keep the flat clean and tidy, but she's also not fussy with this.

The tenancy period is until mid-September. My flatmate also plans to renew this, as the flat is beautiful and has a fantastic location as advertised, so there is scope to stay longer term if desired.
