Double room to rent in Manchester City Centre Flat

Unfortunately I'm going to be moving out of Manchester at the end of August, so a room in my 2 bed flat will be available!

The room measures 8ft by 10ft, and is fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and bedside table (the bedside tables are different to the ones pictured). It's not a huge room, but it is very comfortable. And, you get exclusive use of the main bathroom, as the other bedroom has an en-suite.

The flat has a shared open-plan living/dining/kitchen area and a great balcony which looks out over the canal. The kitchen has all of the mod-cons you'd expect - dishwasher, fridge, freezer and electric hob & oven. There is also a utility cupboard which isn't pictured, where the washing machine abd boiler is tucked away.

The room is £640 per calendar month, which includes all bills - council tax, broadband, electricity, water and TV licence.

The flat is located on the 7th floor of Milliners Wharf in New Islington/Ancoats, which is a 15 minute walk to Manchester Piccadilly train station. There's also lots of shops/pubs/bars/restaurants etc. within comfortable walking distance.

You will be sharing the flat with one other - Jason (23), who works in recruitment.

The room is available from the 1st September, and because the flat is privately rented there is no reference or agency fee to worry about. The landlady is absolutely brilliant and really helpful if anything's needed.
