The house is on a quiet cul de sac with a nice lake at the back so no neighbours looking in. A 5-10 minute walk to the bus station with a direct route into Manchester City cente. Quick links to the motorway (5 min drive). Gym and supermarket both a short walking distance.
We would like a professional person who is clean, tidy and respectful. As stated, you will have the house to yourself most of the time so if you are looking for a house share then this house is probably not for you.
