A fully-furnished double bedroom is now available in my three-bedroom, shared only with one other person most the time. The house is set on a friendly residential street with no through traffic and gardens to front and rear. You'll be conveniently located 5 mins walk from Middleton town centre: gyms, pool, bus station, big Tesco supermarket, 15 mins drive to Manchester city centre.

There is a well-equipped kitchen with gas cooker, microwave, washer, fridge and freezer. You'll have the use of a shared bathroom with corner bath, the shower has good pressure.

The living room is a cosy space for evenings in with a feature fireplace. There is a 100MB fibre broadband connection and good Wi-Fi coverage throughout. The bedroom has a walk-in wardrobe, desk, chair, pine drawers and double bed with new high-quality pocket sprung double mattress.

All bills are included, apart from TV license. Prospective tenants need to be clean, tidy and easygoing. Non-smokers only and no pets. I work away most of the time so for most of the time, you'll only be sharing with one other person.

Full-time working professionals preferred. References / evidence of income required.

Short term lets available on a weekly basis of £100 (£80 for NHS workers).
