The house is a 3 bedroom middle terrace on a private estate. The estate and house is only 6 years old and so is in excellent condition. I have owned the house for almost 2 years now. One of the bedrooms is currently being used as a wardrobe room, which the owner is happy to share access to. The bedroom available to rent has a double bed and window with a set of draws and bedside table. The master bedroom where the owner stays has an en-suite and shower. There is also another bathroom upstairs with a sink, toilet & bath which the tenant will have access to. The only shower is currently in the en-suite bathroom.

Downstairs there is another toilet & sink with an open plan living room and dining room with kitchen. There is also a small garden at the rear with a shed. There is Sainsbury’s located at the roundabout and is only a 5 minute drive from Middleton town centre where there is an Aldi & Tesco.

The estate is situated on the border of a green/farmland area and the David Lloyd gym is only 400 metres down the road. There is also a driving range located next to the gym.
