Double room available for single occupancy

I am looking for a female housemate to rent my spare room in a new build semi-detached house in Middleton. The house is close to the motorway and is approximately 30 minutes drive to Manchester city centre or 10 minutes to Heaton Park. Close to supermarkets and takeaways. There is a bus stop less than 5 minutes walk away which has a regular service to and from Manchester City Centre.

The room is fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, bedside cabinet and a chest of draws. There is also an inbuilt storage cupboard. Bills are included. Parking is available on the driveway.

I will be a live in landlord. I’m looking for a clean and tidy housemate for a minimum of three months. It would be nice to live with someone who wanted to socialise but I also understand if you would rather keep yourself to yourself.

About me - I’m 30 and originally from Sheffield. I am currently (trying) to finish off a dissertation for my postgrad alongside working full time in Human Resources for the NHS. At the moment I do a mixture of working from home and being in the office. Interests include yoga, running, reading, true crime and travel (when it’s allowed).
