Banks, takeaways, post office and Tesco superstore 2 mins walking distance. Convenient, regular bus services to city centre, Rochdale and Heywood from the door. We are just 4 miles from city centre. Bus service number 18 directly to the University from the door. We are very close to M60 jnc 20.

This is a clean and well organised houseshare with relaxed and respectful house mates who enjoy a good sense of humour. You will be very comfortable, come and take a look :-)

The room has small, double bed.. Single occupancy £375 pcm. Double occupancy for two people in one room £550 pcm.
Household bills are included in the rent.
