I own and live at the property, and am looking to rent my spare room, with full access to the rest of the house. I’m gay, so if that is an issue, then probably not the house for you. The double furnished room is in a comfortable new build house. All mod Cons, loft storage also available. Secure car parking. Looking for professionals only who work full time & not home based as I work from home myself.

Would potentially consider short and long term, as well as Monday to Friday only. Quiet house & clean. New bed & mattress. 1 Min walk from Metrolink station (Newton Heath /Moston) all major transport into City. Prime location.
All the usual mod cons, I’m generally a clean and tidy person, but your room is your own so long as it's clean whether it's tidy is not my business lol
