Hi a few words about me, i am 30yr male professional and i do like going out on weekends but I don’t smoke or drink and i am vegetarian too and sometime i make my food at home as i can cook too lol.
So We have 1 single bedroom to let, the rent is included everything and no deposit is required.
Basically this house is in really good location and all local amenities are nearby.
41, 101, 102 and 103 bus number are running on this route to manchester city centre, Manchester metropolitan university and from other side to Manchester airport every 10 minutes which is not far from house just 2 to 3 minutes walk and tram station is by the distance of 10 minutes walking, Manchester city centre is just 30 min away by bus where you can get everything, and Manchester metropolitan university is 20 minutes by bus in the way to city centre.
Preferably looking for girls but if you are professionals and got decent job then males are welcome too.
Its newly refurbished house and rooms are fully furnished.

In your room you will get a single size bed, a 12”memory foam mattress and a wardrobe for your cloths.
