Wythenshawe Park. 2 Mins to Tram to Chorlton/City

Double room in 3 bedroomed, friendly, relaxed house share. 2 minutes walk from tram stop (Wythenshawe Park). Easy and direct access by tram to Manchester Airport, Wythenshawe Hospital, City Centre and Chorlton. Altrincham / Didsbury are also pretty close by car. There is a large driveway at the house, and its 5 minutes walk to Wythenshawe Park.

Currently two housemates. A zoology student, and a professional ( both female ). We are looking for another female ( sorry guys! ).

The room available is a bright and airy double room, with a chunky oak double bed and mirrored built in wardrobes, with lots of storage space, There is an additional built in wardrobe with blue shuttered doors. It has wooden floorboards. The bedroom will just have the bed, blue draws and small yellow bedside table, all the other items will be removed.

All bills included, Council Tax, Electricity, Gas, Water, Broadband etc.

One bedroom in the house is en suite ( currently occupied ) so the main bathroom is shared between the two other rooms. The kitchen and the living room is used by everyone.

There is a decent size garden with a fire pit.

It would be good to find someone who gets on with others is open minded, considerate, clean and tidy.

We currently have a cat, Sushi. She is quite timid and shy. She gets on well with dogs, but not necessarily other cats, as she was bullied by other cats she's previously lived with. We would consider other pets that are cat friendly.
