The house sits on a very quiet residential cul-de-sac. There is no passing traffic and the neighbours are very friendly.

University Hospital South Manchester (UHSM) is only a ten minute walk and Manchester Airport is only eight minutes by car. The house has excellent access to the M56, M6 and M62 motorways. Each motorway is accessible within 5 minutes by car. Manchester City Centre is fifteen minutes by car and there is also a regular bus service to Manchester Airport, UHSM, Altrincham, Manchester City Centre and surrounding areas.

The closest Metro Station is just a two minute walk giving excellent access to Media City, Manchester city centre, Manchester Airport, UHSM Hospital and all the surrounding areas.

The kitchen offers all the usual amenities including large frost free fridge/freezer so plenty of space for your own stuff! and washing machine machine/tumble dryer.
