• The flat is generally quiet and peaceful, with a reliable Wi-Fi connection, ample space for your belongings, high-quality Egyptian cotton bedding and duvet, and supportive pillows.
• Artwork displayed in the home may change, reflecting my creative spirit and passion for art and colour.

• The bathroom is well-appointed, and towels can be provided for your stay.
• You will have access to a fully equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher, cooker, washing machine and fridge freezer, ideal for those who enjoy cooking.

• Located very close to Manchester Airport, Sale Moor and Wythenshawe Park, the flat is especially suitable for cabin crew, medical staff, or other professionals.
• Public transport options, including tram and bus, are just a five-minute walk away, providing straightforward access to the city and the airport.
• A full range of local shops and amenities is also within a five-minute walk.
• The home is peaceful, smoke-free, and often praised by guests for its uplifting energy and cleanliness.

About Your Host:
I lead a busy life as an Interfaith Minister and Community Engagement Consultant, and I am involved in various charity initiatives. Some of my meetings are held remotely, while others take place at my home. Occasionally, friends and family may visit.

• The room is ideal for mature, working individuals seeking a clean, comfortable place to rest.
• You will have access to the kitchen, bathroom, and garden; however, the living room serves as my workspace and is not available to guests.
• The home is not suited for those who wish to host parties, have frequent visitors, make noise, or have poor hygiene.
• It is well-suited for individuals who work shifts or long hours, with good hygiene and the expectation to clean up after themselves.
• Couples are welcome, with an additional charge for the second person.
