So i'm looking to move out of my flat and I need someone to take over the tenancy.

It comes with a fully functional high spec kitchen inclusive of 2 hobs and a conventional oven. There are also top of the range bathroom faucets and a high pressure walk-in shower.

There is the Trafford Bar tram stop just a short 2 minute walk away and shops aren't far at all. Restaurants are a short 5 minutes walk away. It takes me 15 minutes to walk to Salford Quays and about 25 minutes to Manchester City Centre if you're like me and like to walk everywhere!

The property also comes with a gym, concierge service, a free on-site laundry rooms, and a dining/communal area.

The rent is £888 per month but this also covers all bills with the exception of council tax. The property falls under Trafford Council Tax band B which makes it £94 a month, but if you're living alone it's £75 with the 25% discount extra on top of rent.
