My flatmate and I are moving at the end of February meaning our unfurnished two bedroom flat is available to rent - A new contract will be made through the estate agent and landlord.
Rooms are a decent size, kitchen/living room is really big with loads of cupboard space. We currently split rent down the middle but if you split it down to room sizes its up to you.
Great location, very close to Trafford Bar tram, close to town and Chorlton.
The flat is well cosy, really spacious and very light too. I moved in as a post graduate student but now work so if you're post-grad/mature student it shouldn't be a problem.
I love this flat can’t lie, despite being a basement it gets loads of light and is so warm in the winter and will be sad to leave it but needs must!
The sofa and table and chairs can be bought from myself for cheap if you wish!
Also it’s held through an estate agent but we do everything privately through the landlord who is very very sound, maintains the building, even repainted some of the walls for me mega quick.
Also has private parking and plenty of storage space with a cupboard room and under the entrance stairs.
