Sadly moving out of my lovely flat with my amazing flatmates due to relocating to London for a job. Looking for a tidy and social professional woman to take over the room. 👩🏾‍🦱👱🏼‍♀️🏠

🛌The room come with a double bed, a side table, dresser and large wardrobe. Window view of the Manchester canal, beautiful at sunset all year round.

🛁Each flatmate has their own bathroom, the bathroom for this room is not en-suite but is a spacious bath/shower with plenty of counter space.

🍽The kitchen is opens plan and connects to the living room/dinning space with lots of natural light from the balcony windows. Apartment also has a washer-dryer and one storage cupboard.

🌅There is a large west-facing balcony with view of the canal, a lovely outdoor space to escape to. Green space around the flat is beautiful and well looked after.

Room Images do include desk, desk chair and shoe rack, these are my own but fit into the space quite nicely. If these are furnishings you would like to keep after the viewings we can work something out that works well for both parties :)))

❤️Sharing with two amazing flatmates, Kate (27) and Aisha (27). Loveliest girls ever! The girls are looking for someone to slot into the cosy girl flat we’ve create. Someone who is passionate about their work, social and home life. A flatmate that wants a safe space to come home and recharge, watch comfort telly, go on the occasional adventure but is also very independent and self assured.

No parking available as all spaces are filled in accommodation.

🚃Excellent transport links with Pomona tram stop across the road - 10 minutes to Deansgate and 20 minutes to Piccadilly Gardens. Plenty of walks on the canal side into media city and around the quays. Big Aldi and m&s 10 mins walk, big Tesco 15 mins walk.

💷The price per month is £615 not including bills. Bills tend to be £150-170 depending on usage. Tenancy earliest would start Dec 17th and latest it can start is end of December. The tenancy start date is still TBC due to relocating arrangements for myself but will keep potential new flatmates updated accordingly. If there are specific date that works for yourself between these date, we can help facilitate that and find something that works for both parties
