1 - Monday PM-Friday AM rental @£450 (inclusive of all bills)

This is a vegetarian/vegan house share in a 3-bed semi in Old Trafford. When contacting us, confirm you have read the description below and fully and you agree with all conditions, also introduce yourself and let us know about a bit about what type of house you are after, so we can have a chat. We do not answer questions about viewing or people who live in the house before this is done.

1 - The house is vegetarian or vegan only (this includes takeaways/ready-made dishes, etc.).
2 - Room is single occupancy only.
3 - Room is not suitable as an office space/WFH/business
4 - We have 2 well-trained dogs free to walk on the ground floor (not allowed in bedrooms/bathroom/kitchen), you must be comfortable with dogs.
5 - We are environment conscious, recycling, realistic use of water resources and energy is expected from everyone in the house.
6 - if you only need to the room, and not kitchen facilities, rent will be lowered.

The room is on the first floor and is fully furnished: double bed, wardrobe, desk and chairs, although there is room for your own furniture if any. There is a view on the garden and loads of storage space.
The use of bathroom, kitchen and living space is shared.

The house also has WiFi, washing machine, microwave, etc. and the rent includes all bills: Council Tax, Gas, Electricity, Water.

Ideal location to Manchester University, Media City, Manchester Business School, Royal Northern College of Music, the city centre and Manchester airport.

Bus stop (86 – city centre via university/RNCM), 5 min walk – Bus stop (15 – Saint Mary’s Hospital, and MRI and MCR University), 1 min walk
Tram stop – Trafford bar - 8 min walk
Walking distance to city centre - 40 min

The Neighbourhood
Very friendly community, quiet area close to parks and walking distance from shops.

Getting around
Very accessible location by public transport – City centre, Universities and Media city
Cheap taxi ride to Manchester airport and the central bus and train stations.
