Included in the Monday – Friday only rental, the room will be cleaned and bedding changed once a week after departure (room service charge £12.50 per week), this is to ensure the room is well maintained and to support a busy working professional to ensure they have a clean and fresh room to return to the following week.

I am looking for a quiet, respectful, clean and tidy individual, the apartment is SINGLE OCCUPANCY ONLY no couples or someone who wants there mates/partner staying over several nights a week, no subletting permitted.

More about the apartment and the room to rent:-
The apartment is a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom, clean, tidy and friendly apartment, the property has a coded electric car gate, passenger gate and front door entrance.

The apartment is for none smokers only, this includes the use of E-Cigarettes/Vapour products, also no illegal products or substances. No gamers, musical instruments, pets, not looking for permanent home workers you will need to be office/business based.

The room to let offers a single ottoman bed, bedding included, 42” flat screen TV, wardrobe, draw cabinet, laptop table and light with adequate plugs, the room has natural light as well as fitted blinds and curtains.

This is not a party apartment that stays at pubs and clubs.

The lounge:-
Shared lounge is a 50" flat screen TV with Sky TV and Sky Fibre fast broadband with WIFI throughout the apartment, Juliet balcony and window for natural light.

Location:-
Old Trafford/Salford Quays/Media City.

Public transport:-
Old Trafford tram stop 5 minutes’ walk around the corner, Salford Quays and Media City 10 minutes’ walk depending on what part of the Quays you require, bus connections are (2 minutes’ walk) the tram to Manchester City Centre is 4 tram stops (takes approx. 8 minutes) to St Peters Square and Piccadilly Train Station is 6 stops (takes approx. 18 minutes).

Access to motorways connections such as M602, M62, M61 and M60 are close by.

Attractions nearby:-
Manchester United Football Ground, Old Trafford Cricket Ground, Media City, ITV, BBC, The Lowry outlet and Theatre and the Imperial War Museum, bars, restaurants and supermarket close by.
