Would suit a professional or student who wants to be in a friendly family home. There are between 2 and 5 of us living in the property at any one time. Two are students so are away during term time but home during holidays. We are a mix of gay/bi and straight and two of us are vegetarian.

The house is located on Ashton Old Road and has on street parking nearby. It is close to the supermarket, local shops and public transport to city centre via the frequent 219 bus which takes around 15 – 20 mins. Delamere Park is just a minute’s walk away to the rear of the property.

The room is a large cellar conversion that is full tanked (waterproofed), ventilated and centrally heated. It has a window at street level to the front of the house which lets in natural light. It has ample wardrobe and storage space and is furnished with a king-size double bed, large desk and office chair.

The room comes fully furnished an has its own private showroom on the ground floor with shower, toilet and sink.

Good sized, very well equipped, shared kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge freezer, dishwasher and washer dryer. Shared dining room, hallways and mature garden at the back with lawn, patio, garden furniture and BBQ.
