The house:
3 miles from city centre on a direct bus route with the stop less than 1 minute away. Metro stop a 10 min walk away. Brand new modern house on a new housing estate. Owned and lived in by myself. Shared bathroom however I do tend to shower alot at work. The room available is a double, TV with Netflix only is in there. Downstairs is open plan living/kitchen. My car will be on the drive but plenty of street parking available if needed. Super fast broadband. Bill's included.
Me: 39 works fulltime in the fitness industry as a gym manager. So my shifts are random. Some days I'm up at 4am others I'm working late till 10pm. I'm not a party goer or into clubbing etc so if that's you we wont be suited. I like a nice quiet life once I'm home from work. Huge football fan and season ticket holder at city. Love sports in general and play american football in the NWFL Premiership. Love films and documentaries. Board games. Self development etc.
You. Pretty simple, just be a decent human being who is kind and respectful. Preferably a non smoker but if you are that's cool just no smoking in the house. Definitely zero drugs.
Must like dogs. My dog loves attention and will demand cuddles haha
