(Had pilot as housemate in the past - he actually said 15 minute drive). If you don't drive, there's great public transport connections (bus, tram, taxi).

Quiet cul-de-sac location.

Looking for sociable, chilled housemate - so if you're the type who wants to spend all day hiding in your room you're probably looking at the wrong ad. You also have to like Alan the Jack Russell - he's clever and friendly and loves people (as you'll see if you come to view the room).
