Double Room and Garden next to Heaton Park

Semi detached house sharing with two professionals. Double room overlooking large back garden. Furniture: a grey long double bed (IKEA), double wardrobe with top shelf, desk with chair, bin and drawers. There is also a small bedside and lamp. The small desk and chair can be included if wished and sheets and towels etc if needed. The room is 3.8 x 2.6m. You are welcome to bring/add own furniture if you'd prefer for any items except for the wardrobe.

The property has a wonderful garden with a bird feeder and ponds with frog and is 5 minutes walk from heaton park and the metro stop. There are many local stores, cafes and bars in walking distance and Prestwich village is approx 15 mins walk.

We're looking for someone who is fairly easygoing and clean and who enjoys some socialising. We both sometimes work from home. Would like someone interested in going for a walk/outing sometimes and who is friendly. We would do good separately and there's a pretty large tall fridge.

Price includes all bills including council tax and 5G wifi. Samsung TV has now tv and BBC on it. The property also has a utility room with combined washer and dryer. Kitchen has plenty of storage space, an espresso machine, microwave, toaster, full size dishwasher and dishes etc.

Length of stay around 2-6 months but could be a longer depending on the household. There is a lockable shed if you have a bike and some extra storage space available if needed.

Room move in date is flexible - can be sooner, or later if needed.

Can have a whatsapp chat/tour if you want before seeing room in person.
