I'm a 33-year-old, professional, live-in landlady - I'm renting out my spare room with en-suite.

The house is a lovely 3 bedroom period property in Prestwich. It is ideally situated opposite Heaton park, just a few minutes walk from the tram stop. Popular local bars such as Cuckoo, Grape to Grain & Solita, plus the shops like Village Greens cooperative and others in the village centre are all within walking distance.

The room to let is a huge double with en suite bathroom. It is generously sized, approx. 3m x 4m and is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk & chair.

Downstairs there is a cosy lounge with 2 sofas, TV with Freeview plus a firestick (with Netflix, Prime, etc. set up). The kitchen and dining room is a large, social space and leads out to a south facing garden with lawn, decking & patio area. I've got a big barbecue and a firepit for summer socials. There is a dishwasher, washing machine & drying room for laundry.

My garage is kitted out with a climbing wall and some other gym equipment too. So, if you're into climbing or fitness in general, this will be available for your use too.
