The property is ideally situated for access to the M66/M60 motorway, and with good public transport routes, the 135 which is only a 5 min walk away on Manchester Road will take you directly into the city centre or through to Bury town centre. The metro link can be taken from Bury or from Radcliffe which is a 15 min walk.
You will be sharing with myself, I am a design consultant which means that I am normally away from the properly during normal 9-5 working hours, and for the odd time when I am traveling for work.
The room on offer is a large double bedroom with views over the river, it has recently been decorated and there is a king size bed with two small side tables. There is access to fitted wardrobes in a separate room which is currently used as a walk-in wardrobe/ironing room. You will have full use of the main bathroom as your own I do not use this myself, it includes a full-size bath, over bath shower, heated towel rails and built in storage.
A large open plan kitchen & dining space, fully fitted with a built-in dish washer, oven and hob and includes a dining table with chairs and breakfast stools, there is also a utility room with a microwave and large capacity washing machine. A downstairs WC is also situated towards the back of the property.
The living room has and a large flat screen TV with access to Netflix, Amazon Prime Video & several other streaming services. There is fiber broadband with good wi-fi throughout the property.
The house has a large landscaped south west facing garden to enjoy long hours of sun – when we actually get some in Manchester.
I am a clean and tidy person and looking for someone who is the same and will respect the property and its contents.
I am a social person, enjoying night out as well as nights in and tend to entertain friends on the odd weekend. However if you are looking for a party house, this probably isn’t the one for you.
