I'm renting out a room in my newly decorated house. The end terrace property boasts large rooms throughout and an outdoor space.

The big and bright bedroom on offer has a brand new carpet, skirting, radiator, bed, curtains and a good lick of paint. Kitchen, bathroom and living room all benefit from a recent refresh and facelift.

The property is less than a 10 minute walk to Radcliffe Tram stop, which will get you into Manchester City Centre in just over 20 minutes (Bury to Altrincham Line).

Close by there's a tesco metro (3 mins), corner shops and cafes (30 seconds). Nearby you've got a big Asda, the local bus station and Radcliffe Market, which is bustling with street food merchants. A few minutes more, and you're in Outwood Country Park, one of Manchesters biggest nature reserves.

Rent includes Council tax, water and internet and there's ample free parking. I spend a lot of time at my girlfriend's, giving you a great level of privacy. The house is furnished, but if you have furniture you would like to bring I'm happy to discuss and will accommodate where possible.
