Located in the Lowerplace district with local supermarkets and restaurants, short walking distance to Rochdale Train Station and Town Centre Tram Stop, well serviced transport links to Manchester. Short drive towards the M62.

House will be shared with the Landlord, Students and professionals are welcome to apply.

Tenant must be friendly, kind, tidy and hygienic.

Under no circumstances are the following allowed:
*Pets,
*No couples
*Smoking (including vaping)
*Drug Use
*Severe Alcohol Abuse
*Being super loud and noisy

Will need the following requirements:
*Room to let certificate
*Right to Work Agreement

For professionals: The new tenant must have a permanent full-time job with a written reference from current employer and/or previous landlord.

For full-time university students: you will need to send the school admission letter to prove your status as a full-time student.
