Double room for professional.

I have a cozy little house which i tend to keep very clean and tidy.

I have a double driveway for parking on a private cul-de-sac and am very close to public transport. It is a 10 minute walk to the train station to Manchester City Centre and the bus stop is less than 5 minutes away.

I also have a small dog who is a very friendly dog and has no violent tendancies whatsoever. He is walked daily and has access to the garden throughout the day.
A dog lover is a must!!

The room is a nice size and accomodates a double bed with room to spare. It currently has a large desk and substantial shelving already in.

I have recently done some work in the garden to provide comfortable outdoor seating for the summer!

I am looking for a clean and tidy lodger who would like to share the occasional glass of wine and have a chat. Also taking into consideration of each others privacy when needed.
