Three double bedroom is available in a clean and tidy house. The current tenants would would move out very soon. The house is a shared accommodation suitable for mature students.

Strictly required clean and tidy students and no smokers.

- The house is located close to the Universities (Manchester and Manchester metropolitan), to the curry mile and princess road with many bus services to the city centre and airport.

- All bills are included except electricity (which is normally costs £20 a month per person). There is no agency or admin fees but an equivalent of one month rent is required as deposit (which is fully refundable at the end of the tenancy considering no damage is made to the property) and the rent is paid in advance as usual.

- All appliances are available, unlimited wireless virgin media fiber connection is also available. A weekly cleaning rota must be in place to keep the house clean and tidy.

- Fully furnished. Triple glazed glass windows. Gas central heating system.

- Please note the room is NOT available to couple, people with pet, smokers and messy people.

Please note certain furniture are different from those in the picture (e. g., one of the bedrooms has new curtain instead of blinds, the hub and oven was replaced last year with new ones)
