Large double room, friendly house short term let

Hello! I am looking for someone to sublet my room for 2-3 months when I go travelling in January.

The house is large, well kept and the house mates are all quite social. So expect a calm but friendly house to stay in for winter.

We are in between two lovely parks; Birchfields and Platt Fields.

We also have one cat (who usually follows me around).

I am away until March 16th. I am willing to sublet until March 1st or April 1st if that is easier.

- Two bathrooms
- One kitchen with working cooker, washing machine and dish washer
- Large driveway
- On 42 bus route which goes straight to town.
- Supermarket within walking distance.
- Nice grass garden

As a housemate we're all happy as long as you are respectful. There is no pressure or expectation to hang out with everyone all the time. Just to clear up after yourself and not to bring any negativity.
